THE DATES
December 10-19, 2025 – During Hanukkah, the Feast of Dedication – Space is limited to 50 people

THE COST
Regular: $3,300 (based on double occupancy)
Additional adult family member: $3,000

Ages 2-5, staying in a room as a third person: $950

Ages 6-11, staying in a room as a third person: $1150

Ages 12-17 qualify as an additional family member: $3000

Additional Cost for Single Occupancy: $1000

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  1. All Meals – 8 days breakfast, lunch & dinner + dinner first night & breakfast final day
  2. Tour Bus transportation for 8 days of touring as well as airport pickup & dropoff at scheduled time
  3. Hotel Accommodations – 9 nights in 3-5 Star hotels based on double occupancy
  4. Entrance to All Sights
  5. Tips (a cultural norm for tour industry workers – bus drivers, guides, hotel staff)


Additional Costs

Attendees are required to purchase their own airfare, provide their own health insurance, & obtain travel insurance if desired. Attendees may also want to bring money for extra water bottles, snacks & souvenirs. (Attendees are encouraged to bring water bottles which can be refilled at meals).

Registration fees may be paid in the following ways:

  • Pay Entire Registration ($3,300)
  • Pay a $USD 500 Deposit – The deposit reserves your place with the balance due according to the payment plan below.

Attendees who pay the $USD 500 deposit can pay the remainder of their registration at any time, or follow the following payment plan:

  • At least ½ of the total amount by August 31st (+$1,150)
  • At least ¾ of total amount by September 30th (+$825)
  • Paid in Full by October 30th (+825)

Individual arrivals to Ben Gurion airport / get the 5PM bus to Tel Aviv hotel for check-in / Dinner & evening orientation with some SOLU team members.

Caesarea Maritima, Mt. Carmel, Megiddo, Nazareth Village, Mount Precipice for simple worship, Drive through Cana to your Galilee Hotel

Boat ride on the Sea of Galilee & worship with SOLU team, Capernaum, Mt. of Beatitudes, Banias, Mt. Bental, Shabbat Dinner with SOLU team

Jordan River Valley, Visit Qsar Al Yehud (Baptismal Stop), Qumran, Ein Gedi, check into your Dead Sea hotel to enjoy the Spa facilities.

Masada including cable car, Genesis land including camel ride & meet Abraham. Up to Jerusalem. Mt. Scopus overview, Israel Museum including the 2nd Temple Model & the Shrine of the Book.

Mount of Olives, Gethsemane, Lion’s Gate, St. Anne’s Church (Pools of Bethesda), Way of the Cross, Jewish Quarter and Cardo, Upper Room & Mt Zion St. Peter at Gallicantu, Garden Tomb

Terms & Conditions

Air Transportation

Airfare & related issues of air travel are the sole responsibility of the individual, not of SOLU Israel. Please arrange your flight in order to arrive at Ben Gurion Airport by 3:30 PM, December 10th. There will be a person with a SOLU sign waiting for you at arrivals. The group will be taken by bus to the hotel at 5:00 PM.

On the 19th, there will be a bus leaving the hotel by 11:00 AM, so please arrange your departure for 3:00 PM or later on that day. This will allow you to arrive at the airport at least three hours before your departure.

Ground Transportation
As stated above, a bus will take the group from the airport to the hotel at 5:00 PM on December 10th. However, if participants arrive late to the tour for any reason they will be responsible for purchasing their own transportation from the airport to meet the group at the hotel or otherwise.

A bus will also take the group from the hotel to the airport for departures on the final day, December 19th at 11:00 AM. If a different time or mode of transportation to the airport is chosen, each participant will be responsible for arranging & purchasing their transportation. SOLU can recommend transportation options if attendees have travel delays, but attendees are responsible for any costs incurred as a result of travel delays.

SOLU provides transportation to all sites and locations that are part of the trip unless specified otherwise.

Accommodations
Registration includes accommodations for the tour dates. Registration prices are per person, based on attendees sharing rooms with a private bath (double occupancy). Attendees are matched with other attendees of the same gender and age, but attendees may request a specific roommate who is also participating in the tour. Single rooms are available upon request for an additional charge of $1,000.

Meals
Registration includes breakfast, lunch & dinner daily. Breakfast & dinner will be provided by the hotels. Lunch will be arranged each day & will be mostly simple, local food (ie falafel, shawarma, sandwiches, etc) depending on what is available. Attendees with severe allergies or other serious dietary requirements should contact SOLU before the time of travel.

Baggage
Baggage allowance is governed by the airline on which you are flying.

Insurance
SOLU is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of luggage and/or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident and/or illness. If you would like insurance, you should purchase a separate policy on your own to cover these possibilities. Health insurance is required.

Important Passport Information
A valid passport is required. Attendees are responsible for providing valid passports, which typically must be valid for 6 months beyond the travel date. Attendees are responsible for checking their local embassy or consulate for visa requirements. If a visa is necessary, the attendee is responsible for their visa application and SOLU will provide documentation upon request.

Guests with Disabilities
Please be aware that certain land tours may not be fully accessible to persons with disabilities & in addition, the tour will involve a lot of walking and physical activity. SOLU must be notified of any special conditions (medical, physical, etc) or other requirements.

Tour Locations
Please note that locations on the tour are subject to change. SOLU reserves the right to adjust the actual tour sites visited based on event schedule and other factors.

Deposit Required
An initial deposit or full payment is required to reserve a place on the trip. Deposits are non-refundable except for extreme or extenuating circumstances (i.e. war, criminal assault, death of a loved one, natural disasters, development of health issues prohibiting travel).
